What utilities are included in rent and what am I responsible for?

Residents are responsible paying electric, gas and water. They will also need to have renter’s insurance. WOW! Is the internet and cable provider and installed in each home and optionally turned on and billed directly to resident if desired.

Do you allow pets? 

Yes! PETS LIVE FREE AT RIVERWALK TOWNHOMES! We welcome cats and dogs (a few breed restrictions apply) with a maximum of two pets allowed per home.

What do I need to do to apply? 

We can’t wait to welcome you as a new resident! Reserving your next home is super easy! You can fill out your application online by visiting the Floorplans tab on our website. For your application to be submitted we require a $50 application fee per adult and a $350 hold fee to hold your home for your move-in date.

Do you have any preferred employers? 

We absolutely do! Please contact our leasing office to learn more about our preferred employers and what perks they receive upon move in! 

What options do I have for parking? 

Every home has its own driveway and 2-car garage!

I want to apply for a specific floor level, how can I tell what floor an available apartment is on?

Riverwalk Townhomes are all one level ranch style homes.

Do you have in-unit washers and dryers? 

Yes! No need to leave the comfort of your home to do laundry! 

What will my security deposit be? 

Security deposits for fully approved applicants start at $500 but could be up to 1x rent depending on application approval.
